Red

  • Pierre Paul Jacques Fitou 2005 – France
    This is an easy to drink mellow and fruity wine. The inspiration for this Fitou comes from the small rural community of Tuchan, a peaceful haven in the remote hills of Southern France.
  • Mezzora Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2007/8 – Italy
    This wine presents a full range of sensations beginning with delicate ripe cherries and spices on the bouquet followed by mouth-filling fruit, rich, with smooth soft tannins.
  • Cornellana Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 – Chile
    This is a smooth, fruit-packed wine, with a deep ruby colour and intense berry flavours with cedary oak. This wine is a beautiful accompaniment to beef dishes, casseroles or dishes with a sauce.

    Produced within the small commune of Vinci in Tuscany, this is quite a fruity wine, with some bramble and cherry fruit tastes, it is totally un oaked which gives the wine a much lighter fruity style.
  • El Coto Rioja Crianza 2006 – Spain
    Made from the best tempranillo grapes, this beautiful wine is fermented and aged for a year in new oak barrels. This is a great wine to have for just about any type of pairing.
